Google Speed Insights score guarantees are regularly and consistently achieved at your current hosting provider- however, the guarantee applies with a fair policy standard- this means if your current hosting provider has below required capacities for the usage of your website- the guarantee may not apply. We perform all of our tests using a test hosting located at wpx.net which uses 1 GB RAM, 3 Cores and 3 PHP Workers with a TTFB of 600ms and text-compression enabled. This will be understood as the minimum your hosting may need to apply for any guarantees. If the guarantee is not possible with your current hosting provider- then you must accept a complimentary 1 year of free hosting from us. Failure to comply with these policies renders any guarantees as void.
Additionally, any external servers must not present memory or 5XX issues at server level. As long as a replicate of the website works well in another server which we can test fully- we will not take responsibility for misconfigurations of 3rd-party hosting providers.
In case of failure to comply with these policies, we will provide a copy of your optimized website in a file and the responsibility to implement your optimized website will rely on you as a client.
Web Development Policy:
Client must deliver the content required for the whole of web development within a maximum timeline of 30 days, exceeding this timeline will void any commitments from our side to complete the project on time. In order for web development to design, it is necessary to have the content required as design is developed based on content and not the other way around.
Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery timeframe estimates assume the client will provide immediate administrator access to perform our work- delays in delivery of credentials, reviewal or approval of our work will render delivery timeframe estimates as void.
