Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; there is no charge for later months.
Monthly subscription charges
Refund eligibility remains subject to owner/attorney approval. A partial refund does not suspend an otherwise paid valid SaaS subscription. A fully refunded current subscription period revokes that period’s entitlement; historical refunds do not revoke a newer paid period.
Optional services
Assistance is purchased separately. Its refund eligibility requires an approved service agreement. An implementation-service refund does not suspend an otherwise paid valid SaaS subscription.
Provisioning delays
If a deployment cannot be provided within [TIMEFRAME — TO BE CONFIRMED] after setup information is complete, the customer may request cancellation and a refund of charges for the undelivered service.
How to request
