Parties

Subscription and recurring billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD at the price shown on the accepted quote. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Applicable taxes, if any, are added to the stated price.

Optional implementation assistance

The Gana Control subscription has no mandatory setup fee. Optional assistance is separately scoped, accepted and purchased; it is never automatically added to subscription checkout.

Provisioning

The purchased plan grants SaaS access subject to successful activation. Analytics authentication and onboarding occur separately at dash.ganacontrol.com; payment alone is not access. No delivery date is guaranteed unless agreed.

Third-party integrations

Connections to third-party platforms depend on those providers, their terms and the access the customer grants. Availability of any integration is shown as confirmed only after verification and may change if a provider changes its service.

Product availability and analytics accuracy

Features are provided as described at the time of purchase. Reports depend on the completeness and accuracy of source data; results are decision support, not financial, legal or tax advice. No specific business outcome is guaranteed.

Cancellation and termination

The customer may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access ends when the paid period ends, or earlier if payment fails and is not resolved, or for material breach of these terms.
