Meta data deletion instructions

These instructions are available without sign-in. Requests go directly to the monitored privacy mailbox, not through website contact-form alerts. This website does not automatically erase data or confirm deletion when you open a link. No fixed response deadline or blanket deletion is promised.

Meta authorization is not Facebook login

Connecting Meta Ads grants permission to read authorized advertising data for your Gana Control workspace; it is not Facebook login or a way to sign in to Gana Control. These instructions also apply to prospective customers and reviewers who do not have a workspace.

1. Disconnect in Gana Control, where available

If you have a Meta connection, sign in through Gana Control’s own login and look for Meta in your workspace integration settings. Use Disconnect if available. If you cannot find that control or cannot access the workspace, email the privacy operator instead; no sign-in is required to request review.

Workspace disconnection is intended to disable further local connection use and remove or invalidate locally stored credentials. This public website cannot verify or perform that action. Do not assume credentials have been removed until the owning application or operator confirms the result. Imported reports are not automatically erased by disconnecting.

2. Revoke access at Meta

In the Meta account that granted access, open Settings and look for Business Integrations or Apps and Websites. Find the Gana Control app, select Remove and follow Meta’s confirmation steps. Names and locations may vary; if the app is not listed, check the account that originally authorized it.

Disconnecting or removing app access is not deletion of previously stored data. It does not erase records already held by Gana Control or data held by Meta.

3. Email a Meta Platform Data deletion request

Email jorge@ganacontrol.com with the subject “Meta Platform Data deletion request”. Jorge Fernando García Pérez, operating personally in Tamaulipas, Mexico, monitors this privacy mailbox. You do not have to use the web contact form or rely on its best-effort owner alerts.

Identify your Gana Control workspace by name, your role and the Meta channel or advertising account concerned, and describe the data you want reviewed. State whether you disconnected in Gana Control or removed access at Meta. If you have no workspace, explain your relationship to the request. Use an email address where the operator can reply privately.

Do not include passwords, access or refresh tokens, ad customer lists, full payment details or copies of identity documents. Do not put workspace identifiers or personal information in a page address. The email link contains only the fixed request subject, not your workspace or request details.

4. Ownership review and outcome

The operator verifies account ownership, workspace authority and the requested scope before disclosing or changing records, using an appropriate private verification process. Knowing an account name or sending an email is not sufficient proof of authority. The operator replies case by case with any verification questions and the actual outcome or limitations; sending a request is not confirmation that it has been processed or completed.

Locally stored connection credentials, imported Meta reports and derived data require distinct review. Backups may retain residual copies until normal backup cycles complete; legally required billing, tax, accounting or security records and other members’ rights may limit erasure. There is no blanket promise to delete every record, data held by Meta or all backup copies.

No automatic erasure service or Meta data-deletion callback is implemented on this website. Revoking authorization, disconnecting or clicking an email link never marks your data as deleted. Manual actions require verified authority and review in the system that owns the records.
